Acceptable use

This policy is part of the terms. It covers every account, key and request, including requests your own users send through an app or resold access built on UplinkSwitch. You are responsible for their use as if it were yours.

• Any sexual content involving minors or that sexualizes minors, real or fictional, in text, images or video.
• Sexual or intimate content of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including generated or altered images.
• Accessing, attacking or testing systems, networks or accounts you do not own or have written permission to test, or building or spreading malware against others.
• Help making biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or planning violence, terrorism or violent extremism.
• Threats, harassment, stalking, or targeting people for their race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or national origin.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, or deceiving people into believing they are talking to a human when it matters to them.
• Infringing intellectual property, or collecting, selling or exposing personal data without a lawful basis.
• Anything illegal where you are or where the output is used.

Explicit content between fictional adults is allowed on models that permit it, for users who are 18 or older where it is legal. If you offer it to others, you are responsible for checking their age and meeting the laws that apply to you.

Red-team and uncensored models are for assessing systems you own or are authorized in writing to test. Keep proof of that authorization; Uplink Switch LLC may ask for it.

• No getting around rate limits, billing or key restrictions, and no probing, overloading or disrupting the gateway.
• No stolen or unauthorized payment methods, and no disputing charges for usage you made.
• In bring-your-own-key mode the provider's own usage policies apply as well.

Uplink Switch LLC may refuse requests, suspend or revoke keys, or close accounts that break this policy, without notice or refund, and reports apparent child sexual abuse material and credible threats to the authorities.
